About this Class

For this year’s Women’s Health Week, the City of PAE is excited to bring back Women’s Health Day at The Lights Community and Sports Centre. This year’s theme, Do it Anyway, invites you to join us for a day dedicated to women’s health, wellbeing and connection. The day will include keynote speakers covering menopause and retirement, along with a series of Come and Try activities, including: • Intro to The Healing Guide • Iridology – What Your Eyes May Reveal • Intro to Intuitive Reading & Meditation • Healing by Sound and Tibetan Singing Bowls Brunch will be provided, so you can enjoy nourishing food while connecting with others.
